My fiancé and I just bought a corvette from the showroom. Aaron was wonderful that’s why there’s 2 stars instead of one. They said they couldn’t get it washed and had us bring it back in to be detailed, paint touched up, and a fender clip fixed. They had it for a week. The lighting isn’t great but the entire car has the dirt marks like the second picture. We had just hand washed it inside and out. We came in to pick it up and it’s in their parking lot absolutely filthy!!!! The inside was dirty too! The detailers were too busy! All week when we were told to bring it in!!!??? No appointment was made? Fender wasn’t fixed. And I could have gotten a paint pen from auto zone given it to my 2 year old niece and it would have been a better job. My fiancé gets one day off a week. Now we have to bring it back for another week and hope they do the job this time?!!! We are beyond pissed! Buy your cars somewhere that actually cares about customer service.

Aaron Phongphanchuen Is a great employee. I was going to buy a new Tahoe at another dealership. The did not have what I wanted. I knew Chase Chevrolet had exactly what I wanted. After asking the sales guy, assistant manager, and sales manager to get pictures of the one at Chase to see if they could trade, I got no where. I called Chase and Aaron Phongphanchuen picked up the phone. Instead him if he could go take pictures of the inside and outside of the Tahoe. 5 minutes later, I received the photos. I thanked him and went the next day to buy the Tahoe from him. He came in on his day off. Best salesman ever. Hassle free. He knows his vehicles.

Armando the salesperson I was working with was very professional and in my opinion the best salesman that I have ever worked with. He was patient and had very great knowledge of the products. I had called the dealership inquiring about two vehicles I was very interested in. I showed up and Armando was there to greet me and my family. He was very approachable and professional. I am grateful to have worked with such great salesman and would recommend him any day to anyone! If you go to Chase, ask for Armando!!!!!
Gary was a very an amazing person to work with on my purchase. He was very down to earth and made my husband and I feel very comfortable. We never felt rushed or pushed to something we didn't want. Gary knew what I wanted and what I was able to work with and he made it happen!!! This is one very happy customer and will most definitely be coming back.

Called in to see why my truck was acting up told them my evaluation and what I think it might be. The service rep ending up telling me is till warranty I forgot I had and that it was repaired for free due to being under warranty. Excellent speed and work took them 3 days to fix. I loved it
